How it works

We create Partnership Leads who work directly with each social business. They develop their skills, knowledge and professional networks whilst gaining a greater understanding of how businesses can tackle social issues.
The programme is supported and structured to get the most out of individuals and organisations with each partnership typically lasting for a minimum of six months.
Aimed at mid-career employees and working directly with social business leaders, each partnership is designed around predefined aims and objectives to create mutual benefit and opportunity.
